Would this recipe be able to be baked in a bread pan? I like the ease of the recipe and read about baking in the cast iron skillet for shape. I’ve baked it in my Dutch ovens it comes out beautifully. I would like to make a loaf that is better for sandwiches. Any thoughts or tips on using a loaf pan?
