This is the easiest sourdough recipe I’ve tried yet. Nice sour taste. I neglect my starter for weeks, but this rose nicely with a 24 hour first rise on discard starter. Didn’t slash, but the tears I got added to the charm. Did not modify the recipe, but had to extend the second rise to 2 hours due to an errand. I used a cake pan for the bake, but flubbed the dump into the pan. It didn’t spread to the whole pan, I think it would been the same on a flat surface.
