You sure could do that, LT! Once your dough is shaped, place it seam-side down on a piece of parchment and lower it into the potato pot to rise at room temperature (step 8 in the recipe). When your dough is almost fully risen, move the pot to the oven to finish rising and bake. We hope this can help and happy baking!
