Hi PJ
Your blog is very helpful but have a questions I could not find anywhere - here or on the KA website. When all this COVID issue started I got the sourdough starter and made a few loaves - all pretty good even though I say that myself. As I read more and more online I learnt more tips to incorporate.
However, currently I am not baking as much. I still feed my starter every week and keep it in the fridge. It is becoming a bit of a hassle to continually do this when I am not baking as much. Is there anyway you can freeze or delay the interval between feeding to longer than a week? Otherwise I may just decide to stop for now and then start again as more time permits. Thank you in advance.
