You should totally be able to do this! We'd suggest using regular flour to feed your starter, but then using our Keto Wheat Flour for the rest of the flour in your dough. It does brown a bit more quickly than traditional flour, so that's something to keep an eye on. You may want to give it a foil tent if you find that the top is getting too brown before the inside is fully baked. Happy baking!
