New to sourdough and slow getting a good batch that works hard enough.. tried this recipe this AM ... it’s absolutely delicious, heavy sourdough flavor but didn’t rise much and is very dense and very crusty hard to cut .. any tips guys ? Still can’t stop eating it lol !
