The “sling” is a definite plus since my previous trick was to move the dough from the lined bowl by first covering it with parchment; topping that with my pizza peel; flipping the whole thing over (wishing not to get dough on my shoes); removing the bowl and cloth; making a couple slashes; and sliding the loaf in the oven.
