Yeast breads, including sourdough breads, cannot be made with a simple flour swap. You'll want to make a bread recipe that is designed to be gluten-free instead, like our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread, which has a tip at the bottom for making it with gluten-free sourdough starter. Happy baking!
