Hi, I am Krish from the original Plymouth in England! I got hooked on sourdough when yeast turned into scarce gold dust. I am trying your recipe now, the dough has been mixed and fermenting, will be ready hopefully tomorrow. I have tweaked it by adding equal measures of whole wheat and strong bread flour. I don't have a skillet but do possess a dutch oven. I am presuming it's okay to bake in that instead. I'll let you know how I get on. Cheers Krish
