PJ I'm a total noob in the sourdough world but I have advice for you! For your brotform, don't flour the towel with wheat flour. Use rice flour instead. I was fed up with the sticking and ready to throw in the towel entirely when I heard about using rice flour. GAME CHANGER. (Turns out the dough absorbs the extra wheat flour, but won't do that with the rice.) Good luck, and thanks for all the recipes and advice.
