Hi Polly, tomorrow when you make the crackers, you'll just want to add 227g of starter discard. When it comes to measuring sourdough starter, cup measurements can be tricky, and you always want to stir down the starter before measuring. If you have a scale, just go with the weight (and no need to stir down). All those air bubbles don't add weight, just volume.
