Thank You Maranda. I do truly wish y'all did more with the GF starter. It is annoying as all get out to try a recipe, attempt to figure out how to adjust it, only to have it come out a total and utter failure. I used to love to bake. I was excited to find your GF starter recipe, but find the recipes limited and I'm not certain that the starter is behaving as non GF starters behave.
