Love this recipe, crackers turn out great. My issue is when I sprinkle on seasonings, they tend to burn. This happened with onion, garlic and chili powder. Cracker was fine but those powders burned before crackers were done. Interestingly, Everything Bagel Seasoning did not burn. Suggestions?
