These are delicious when made with chickpea flour instead of wheat ( but still using wheat starter) and olive oil instead of butter, and generous amount of mixed herbs with a teaspoon of garlic powder, oh yeah and a sprinkling of sea salt....only problem is not eating them all in one go!
