I LOVE THESE! Even though it might feel like a "chore" they are so incredibly easy! Made them for the third time today, and used all Spelt flour, and coconut oil instead of butter (make sure it's soft or nearly melted to incorporate evenly into the dough). I added sesame seeds into the dough, and topped half with lavendar sea salt, and half with Everything But the Bagel seasoning. I think I'll put that IN the dough next time. So delicious, difficult to make them last - I try to freeze half out of my husband's sight!
