I make these quite frequently and a big hit at my house. We literally eat them in just a few days! To change things up I tried added some of your cheddar cheese powder - 2 tablespoons and the dough seemed a bit drier when mixing. After they were baked I noticed the crackers also seem too dry. Good crunch and tasty but by the time you done chewing - they are noticeably too dry. How can I adjust the recipe if I want to try this again. More fat? More discard? Some liquid? or justt use fresh cheese Thanks so much!
