I tried a sweet variation. I sprayed with butter flavored oil spray ( PAM, can I say the brand here?), half of it heavier than the other half. The lighter sprayed half I sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and the other half I left plain, but tossed in cinnamon and sugar like doughnuts or pretzel bites. The next batch I make I will roll thicker and try brushing with the baking soda and water mixture and then kosher salt for bagel crackers! I hope that works!
