I've made these crackers several times using different herbs and spices. You cannot go wrong with this recipe. If you top them off with your favorite preserve it taste even better. As mentioned in the blog if you split it in two or four logs, you can make different flavors with them. The only short coming of this recipe is your lack of imagination. Great recipe and I enjoy it time after time.
