I made these. They were incredibly easy to make and hubby was able to participate by cutting into squares and pricking them. We sprinkled with kosher sea salt lightly. I found that rolling out very thin worked the best as those roles the thinnest remained crispy when stored. The others not crispy. The recipe makes a good quality too! My daughter in law made these. She is a great baker and inspired me to make them!
