We aren't vegan, but we are vegetarians and consume lots of garbanzas. I love discovering new ways to use food items, and hate
wasting anything, but have rinsed lots of garbanza liquid down the drain.
I'm fascinated with this idea. We love meringues and I make lots of pavlovas--especially in summer, with berries and other summer
fruits piled on top. So I'll certainly give this a try.
And, hats off to the person who thinks outside the box enough to come up with an idea like this. Amazing!
