Hi Dawn, yes, we would recommend heating the cream gently and infusing about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons (to taste) of espresso powder into it, and then chilling the cream again before proceeding with the recipe. Be sure the cream is completely chilled before mixing with the condensed milk.
