This recipe is a winner that I made twice in the past couple weeks. It was a hit with those I shared it (via socially distanced methods!). I had to make some extra crumbs to fill the springform pan vs. the pie plate, but it was easily remedied. If I wanted to do a lemon version, would you recommend lemon oil, the powdered lemon you sell, and/or lemon zest to get the best flavor?
