I’ve done this twice in two weeks, once in the 9in pie pan and once in the 9in springform pan. Both were delicious (chocolate graham crackers for base—yum!). This is a winner recipe to which I will turn again and again in the warmer weather.
For me, the quantity of 99grams chocolate graham crackers were too spare to fill the springform pan, BUT quickly crushing an additional 99grams and mixing them with the already crushed/buttered ones worked perfectly to fill the base with an appropriately thick, solid base.
