This just took the place of my treasured KAF Carrot Cake for my husband's upcoming birthday party--no oven is a winner. How much crushed cookie (oreos) should I mix in for a good proportion? I want to still be able to taste the ice cream and not be overwhelmed, but would still like the cookies-n-cream approach.
