Fantastic and as described! Based on past experiences with baked chocolate made two slight changes- coffee instead of milk and, due to the change, avoided adding vinegar. Found these quite soft but easily manageable. Mixed some unsweetened chocolate (110g) with 70% cocoa to add to the batter and the chocolate flavor shined and proved well balanced with the frosting. Kids and grandparent devoured them and more than one commented they were the best chocolate donuts I have ever baked!
