Good Morning........ I've been baking a Cream Cheese Pound cake recipe for over 40 years. It was given to me by an older Lady and she made me promise NOT to SHARE......its the ONLY recipe I do NOT SHARE!! I bake it for friends during the holidays or when ever I'm in the baking mood...which is often..." ) Can't tell you how many Thanks, that is the best cake ever, can't wait till next time....etc., comments I receive!! I use bundt pans, loaf pans, shaped pans and make mini ones......ALL come out perfectly and tasty!! I've been baking and making biscuits since I could see over the counter!! It saddens me......many of the NEW generation does not do this!! Long as I'm able.....I will be hearing the whir of my mixer...Blessed Day to All!!!
