I threw clementine peel in with my orange peel.

Pro:
It has a more intense oil flavor with less bitterness since there isn't much pith... which makes it awesome to me! If you just want it to munch on, it's heavenly.

Con:
Since there's hardly any pith, it comes out a little more leathery. Might be a little too tough for baked goods.
