Thank you Marcus,
I love to make grow, make & eat rhubarb sause, but have stopped because of all the sugar needed. Now I'll try your method of using the syrup from the peels. I also add a bit of maple syrup at times. We love rhubarb sause over
ice cream, frozen yogurt, oatmeal and plain biscuits. Yum!!
