Hi there, Linda! You could definitely give it a try! One of our team members here has a calamondin tree and made liqueur with the fruit too. Their thoughts were that you could try it but because the fruits are so small, soaking them in vodka and sugar might extract all the oils so when you go to boil the peels in the simple syrup they might break down.
