I teach a Gourmet Chocolate class and one of the candies they make is chopped candied orange or lemon peel mixed in melted gourmet dark chocolate and dropped by the spoonful on wax paper and allowed to harden. I use frozen lemonade or orange juice to boil them in instead of simple syrup. Homemade is so much better than store bought.
