Hi Nicholas, you might want to try this recipe for soft, salt-free rolls. It's a rather large recipe but you could certainly half the recipe, if you don't need so many rolls. I would also recommend being careful how you measure your flour, since it's easy to add extra flour to a recipe when measuring flour by cups. For best results we recommend either weighing your flour (our Unbleached All-Purpose Flour weights 120g/cup), or using this method to measure your flour by cups.
