I do not use salt in making bread, I am old, and on a low salt diet because of high blood pressure. I wish I could. I have to freeze the buns since they will go stale really fast even in the refrigerator. Overall the buns are not light and fluffy, but it's better than not having bread. Interesting article, I learned allot.
