I am in the same boat. I am looking for salt free bread because hubby is also on limited salt diet. The Tuscan Bread is very good. I’ve made it several times but I want to make bread like the Nola rolls recipe. Any advise on this. I would love anyones recipes for salt free bread. Thanks.
