Hi Jeff, That is a very technical question. We have a lot of information on salt, but I'm not sure it will answer your question completely. Our advice is to not reduce the amount of salt in the recipe. However, if you feel you absolutely must reduce the amount of salt, you'll have to experiment with the ratios.
