I am trying the recipe in the King Arthur web site for the Extra Tangy Sourdough Bread. I accidentally added the salt in the first step — will that ruin the outcome? The recipe calls for the remaining 2 cups plus the salt to be added after the 4 hour room temp and the 12 hour fridge Overnight. Will this ruin my outcome?a
