This is so interesting! I made bread earlier this week and added a bit more salt than the recipe called for. I’ve made the recipe before and noticed it took longer to rise than usual and it didn’t quite look how it usually does (darker crust, flatter than normal). It still tasted great, but it sounds like the extra salt I added could explain why?
