We're glad to hear that you've been enjoying baking bread lately, Cathy! It'll depend on the recipe, in our recipes unless otherwise specified we're always calling for table salt. If you're using Kosher salt in place of table salt though, we recommend using a rounded measure full so that you're getting the proper amount of salt. We hope this helps and happy baking!
