I absolutely love baking and using the products with King Arthur. I post my creations online and have become known as The Baker in my family and with my friends. I enjoy the title. I have to admit that baking became my joy when I was feeling depressed and defeated in life. I had become injured and could no longer run marathons. I started baking and found a new hobby. I can now run again so eating the treats I make is my reward for a run well done! Thank you for being a part of my life. I read the articles and try the recipes. It has been pure bliss. One day I would love to take a tour of the plant in Vermont!
