I hear you Marliss! We have successfully kept my husband off of Diabetes drugs for over a year now by going low carb. The King Arthur Low Carb flour saved us and I work hard to keep using it for other recipes. I am regularly baking my husband pumpernickel bread with the King Arthur Organic Pumpernickel flour, bread flour and Low Carb flour. But I could use more advice and more recipes from King Arthur. Especially for other types of low carb bread: hamburger and hot dog buns, reduced or alternative sugar baked goods, etc. The low carb route is also taking the pounds off of me, very painlessly. More recipes please! Thanks King Arthur.
