One such thought is that I inherited my mother's (now 98 years old) bread baking pans and clay kneading bowl a few years ago. These items came with memories as a child when my mother and grandmother made bread. I started making breads a few years ago to keep the memories and traditions alive. It's gratifying to see our daughter and grandchildren now showing interest in baking breads. Another thought is that presenting a loaf of bread to a family member or friend is a gift from my heart.
