I have been cooking and baking with my grandchildren since they were big enough to wield a spoon or a pastry cutter! We have recently begun to bake with your sourdough starter. I felt like the history of sourdough (and the flavor!) was important for them to know. We make pancakes, waffles (our favorite), breads, and biscuits!
