I saved & used their paper organic flour bags (red & white, red & rustic brown, and blue & white) as Christmas wrap for tiny gifts because I loved the knight logo so much....reminded me of a Thomas Hardy (meh) novel in which mummers went around in crusader garb mumming at Christmas time in England. You are right of course. I just bought my last bag of flour lost on a back shelf with a "best by" date of nearly six months ago. I got the evil eye from immature college students when my children had canvas knight tents in the backyard. My boys (and husband) actually played Muslim Turks too, but I guess now we have to completely shy away from truth and eliminate all play or telling of pivotal historical interactions and cultures because offense is a possibility for fragile sensibilities. What a ridiculous lack of sense and respect for ALL. Boo.
