MY SENTIMENTS EXACTLY!!!! If it ain't broke, why are you fixing it?? Tradition used to mean something; tradition was something to pass on to the next generation. KAF has a history RICH in tradition. I will definitely rely on King Arthur Flour Company to get answers to baking questions, to learn new recipes and to purchase their high-quality products - However, I will NOT purchase anything that has that new logo on it. I treasure (and protect) my sourdough crocks (I have 4), my aprons (I have 8), my butter keeper and my King Arthur Bakers Companion that have the original beautiful logo on them....the logo went from Regal and Distinctive to "What does that logo represent??" It is rather sad that yet another piece of history has taken the road to obscurity.
