Hi Beth. Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We sincerely appreciate the feedback we've received about our new logo, both positive and constructive, especially from those long-term members of our baking family. We did indeed put a lot of time and effort into the process of rebranding ourselves, in the hope that we might better express our commitment to sharing the joys of baking, and the ideal that baking is indeed an inclusive and universal act. While we have always been a flour company, to us, baking has been our most treasured product. Though we also understand how this change might not be appreciated by all. It has been a difficult year for many, and we've been so pleased, and really, so honored, to have been able to help people learn to bake for the first time, or return to it in a time of need. And we are especially happy to see all the ways in which our baking family has diversified in that time. Which we also hope is reflected in our new logo. But again, we appreciate that a change like this hasn't been loved by all. But do rest assured, we are the same baking company you have known and loved for the last 25 years, and we promise to strive each day to make sure that we meet your standards of superior quality. So please do keep on baking with us. In the meantime, lots of love from all of us over here in Norwich, and a very fond happy baking to you.
