Please people, it really is ok to be nice, and tolerant, and understanding. I just don't get the upset over this change in logo and name. I am relatively new to baking and King Arthur Baking Company, but unless you are in a serous time warp, this company has so many more amazing things to offer than just the very best flours. Tools, pans, ingredients, and on and on. All that along with amazing recipes, videos, blogs, and wonderful, helpful people (thank goodness for the Bakers Hotline; I've learned so much from you). Love you guys! PS: I simply typed in Kingarthur and amazingly enough, I found my favorite baking store/website. It was easy and not at all confusing.
