I love King Arthur flour and all your other products. Thanks for your missive above explaining the new name, etc. However, regardless of the "new" name/logo, I will probably always refer to the company by the KAF name - it is not that major of a change, after all. And to the point of all the comments below, had I not just read your above description of the new logo as a "wheat crown", I honestly would not have grasped what the new stylized logo actually was! I will miss the valiant knight on his charger, but accept that logos change and the important thing is that I can easily get my KA flour again.
