I have always sworn by KAF and refused to buy anything else. However, now that the logo has changed, it makes me feel as if the quality too, may have changed and I just don't feel the "magic" anymore. Baking is a "magical" art to me, requiring the gifts of alchemy that only true bakers understand. That is why quality flour is of utmost concern. You say the quality has not changed, but by changing the logo, I don't feel the connection I once had to centuries old tradition. Just about every reply has been to PLEASE go back to your old logo and yet....with your customers speaking out to you.....we are ignored. I haven't purchased KAF since the logo change. And I doubt that I ever will again. The new logo has taken away the tradition and THAT is what I have been paying for. So sad that tradition is no longer revered...... :(
