We've certainly noticed that much of your flour has been "out of stock" for months now. We attributed it to the CV19 change from producing flour in 50 lb+ bags to most of it in 5 lb bags for household, rather than institutional use. Now we're wondering if you are no longer milling grain yourself?? Are you just selling baking tins, spices and mixes now?? We looked carefully at your latest catalog and you couldn't even find flour until about page 49. I understand that you need to diversify and sell tea towels, mixes, and gadgets now, .... but what about the flour? Still producing it, or not?
