Hi there! We found that there was quite a bit of confusion from folks who saw our products in the grocery store. They had no idea that we sold anything but flour. Quite a few thought we were based in England, rather than the United States, due to the logo! Regardless, we're firm in our commitment to providing the best possible baking experience for people, and feel that this small change in our packaging will help folks better understand all that it is we do.
