In an attempt to be non-offensive you have managed to offend many of your loyal clientele. Virtue signaling has no real place in marketing. You got rid of the white knight but kept the "King" part. Marketing schizophrenia? My wife was a loyal customer but she would be offended by what you've done. It's about the products not the supposed "virtue" behind them.
